Noel is an unconventional youth voice, global citizen, community organizer, and educator making real change happen, while fighting for the people and the planet through The People’s Project.
With over a decade of experience in nonprofit management, Noel empowers youth, supports children with disabilities, and advocates for environmental and social justice.
As the founder of Project HOPE, Noel is laser-focused on demanding systemic change by driving more support and fronting an amplified voice on issues affecting children with disabilities and girls’ education, health and well-being.Â
Noel is also the founder of Boys Champions, a women-and-youth-led nonprofit organization that partners with the UN Women and Nigeria’s Ministry of Gender and Women Affairs to build a more equitable world by bridging the equality divide and addressing all forms of violence against women and girls with specific emphasis on domestic and family violence, sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices. In 2022, Noel was named the first African to win the American Field Service (AFS) Award for Young Global Citizens at the AFS Youth Assembly in New York, for his work with Boys Champions
Noel is also the Co-founder of Learning Without Limits, global alliance to support girls and children with learning differences and trauma. He also leads and co-hosts DearMen Podcast, a platform that promotes caring masculinity and wellbeing through honest and meaningful conversations.
Noel, who also supports Metro Nashville Public Schools in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Specialist, Trauma Informed Schools, is skilled at leading programs that drive sustainable impacts in communities. Currently pursuing a PhD in Education Policy, Noel holds a M.Ed in Special Education from Vanderbilt University, USA, and a B.A. in Philosophy of Education from the Pontificia Universitas Urbaniana, Rome, Italy.Â
In his free time, he can always be found playing badminton or checking the new restaurant in the next street.

Noel leads initiatives that address the realities of climate change, inequality, and exclusion. This work involves advocating for fair policies, strengthening community resilience, holding power accountable, and empowering women and young people to become agents of change.
Noel designs inclusive learning environments and educational programs that expand access and opportunity for all. This includes developing innovative teaching strategies, mentoring young people, and supporting educators to equip learners with the skills needed for the future. Education is central to justice, and my work ensures no one is left behind.
Noel engages in public speaking, leadership training, and awareness campaigns that inspire action on inclusion, diversity, and responsibility. Through storytelling and advocacy, he amplifies the voices of marginalized groups, raises awareness of urgent issues, and mobilizes collective action for a just and equitable society.
