Social Impact CEO | Environmental Justice and Climate Finance Leader | Inclusive Education Advocate
I believe social and environmental justice is not an abstract idea but a lived reality that must be pursued every day in classrooms, communities, and the choices we make for the planet. My life and work are driven by the conviction that people, especially those society too often overlooks, deserve dignity, opportunity, and protection.
Education is my starting point because it gave me a voice. Education has the power to open doors that poverty, violence, or exclusion try to keep shut. I see classrooms and learning spaces as places where equity is nurtured and futures are shaped. Through Project HOPE, I work to ensure that no child is denied the chance to learn and no young person is left without the skills to thrive.
Climate justice is my second pillar, because a changing climate is not only about rising temperatures but also about lives disrupted, children displaced, and women and young people placed at greater risk. My work as the CEO of The People’s Project for Social and Climate Justice connects the urgency of environmental justice with the need for social protection, so that communities are not only able to survive disasters but also to live with resilience and dignity.

A defining part of my philosophy is the belief that pain can be transformed into purpose. The loss of my mother to violence became the seed for Boys Champions, where I show boys that strength is not found in harm but in kindness, empathy, and protection. This transformation of grief into a movement has taught me that even the deepest wounds can give rise to healing for others.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that leadership means walking beside people, amplifying their voices, and creating systems that outlast us. I am guided by hope – the hope that if we combine knowledge, justice, and compassion, we can build a world where boys learn kindness over violence, where women are safe, where children flourish, and where people and the planet thrive together.
